Gold’s Gym Newburgh & Middletown are the first Gold’s Gym franchise locations in the world to become Spartan DEKA affiliates, offering DEKA events ongoing throughout the year.
Participate in our next event happening June 3rd and June 4th at Gold's Gym Newburgh. Participate in one or both days. Members and non-members are welcome to register. All fitness levels welcome!

Gold's Gym Newburgh & Gold's Gym Middletown are two award-winning franchise locations, locally owned and operated by the Murphy family. They both rank among the largest and most well-equipped Gold's Gyms in the country. Gold's Gym Newburgh was founded in 1989. Middletown opened in 2019.
